Current Behavior
Observed problem:
Claude Code '/plugins' installations for 'data-agent-kit' plugins fail with a brief error (a frame or two in duration, and uncaptured) then the '/plugins' menu exits.
Expected Behavior
Installation =)
Steps to reproduce?
claude/plugins- Search for 'data-agent-kit' and select one or more plugins.
- Press 'i' to start installation and observe menu error and exit.
Additional Details
Analysis by Fable 5:
The dak marketplace entries use `source: "github" with repo + ref (tag), which is the only path that is failing.
Analysis by me:
Probably just needs a docs update to include a Claude Code valid dak path.

I might be incorrect in my assumptions, perhaps the bug report entirely. Error below, digging deeper.
Error captured:
"Failed to clone repository for git-subdir source: Cloning into '/home//.Claude/plugins/cache/temp...' .... No ED25519 host key is known for github.com and you have requested strict checking.
Host key verification failed.
fatal: Could not read from remote repository."

RCA:
The official Anthropic marketplace declares plugins with HTTPS git URLs. The data-agent-kit marketplace declares them with github/git-subdir sources, which Claude Code clones over SSH (git@github.com:).
Solution:
If you want future dak-marketplace installs to just work, choose one of the below:
Option 1: Add an SSH key to your GitHub account (permanent, also enables SSH git generally)
or
Option 2: Persist the rewrite: git config --global url."https://github.com/".insteadOf "git@github.com:" (safe and reversible).
