Moves the
external/moos-ivpsubmodule from 7ccebd2 to 06f25ec, the head of GobySoft/moos-ivp'sivp-without-moosbranch.06f25ec is the helm-without-MOOS change (moos-ivp #1 and #2), trimmed to what IvPico needs and squashed onto upstream moos-ivp
mainfor moos-ivp/moos-ivp#147:HelmEngineinlib_helmivp;ContactLedger's geodesy functions.It also brings in upstream's seven newer commits, among them a helm allstop fix and a COLREGS zero-speed fix (
IvPBehavior, pHelmIvP).Once this merges, nothing references the old
claude/admiring-clarke-s2ay8bandclaude/admiring-clarke-s2ay8b-helm-enginebranches in GobySoft/moos-ivp, so they can be deleted.Testing
build.sh(helm libraries from the submodule, then IvPico) andctest: all 15 tests pass, including the replays of MOOS-IvP missions recorded under pHelmIvP.Generated by Claude Code
