I'm a backend-focused developer who spends most of my time building with Go, working with relational/NoSQL databases, and writing technical documentation to reinforce what I learn. I believe in learning by doing — most of what I know comes from building real (sometimes broken, then fixed) projects rather than just reading docs.
- 🌱 Currently deepening my knowledge of Go, PostgreSQL, system design, and distributed systems
- 📚 Actively writing structured technical notes (Go internals, SQL, cybersecurity, distributed systems) to solidify my own understanding — and to help other self-learners in the Vietnamese dev community
- 🧠 Practicing algorithms daily on LeetCode and studying English (IELTS) as part of my daily routine
- 🤝 Open to collaborating on backend/Go open-source projects and study groups
- 📫 Reach me at: pgbaop4@gmail.com
Go ecosystem I work with: Gin · gRPC · sqlc · JWT / OAuth2 · Goroutines & Channels · REST API design
My core focus is backend development in Go. The stack above reflects earlier coursework and side projects — I'm not actively pursuing them as a specialization.
- Real-time messaging service (Go) — SSE & WebSocket implementation using the Hub pattern for connection management
- Multi-service chat/call application design — auth, call, notification, file, support, and admin services, with PostgreSQL schema designed per service (composite keys, 3NF, proper indexing)
- E-commerce backend (Go) — sqlc + PostgreSQL, with a Loki + Grafana + Promtail logging stack for observability
- Technical documentation series (Vietnamese) — structured notes on Go concurrency, SQL (through transactions & isolation levels), and cybersecurity fundamentals, written for a university-level audience
