The docs melos script installs stream-chat-docusaurus-cli and runs the old Docusaurus preview. The SDK docs now live in the getstream.io repo, so the script no longer works, and stream-chat-docusaurus-cli is being archived. This removes the script and the docusaurus lines in .gitignore.
