Neuromedia-VidBee processes media, transcripts, locally configured AI providers and, depending on the deployment, server-side storage. Treat transcripts, downloaded media, cookies and provider credentials as potentially sensitive data.

• Download or import only media you own, are licensed to process, or are explicitly authorised to access.
• Respect platform terms, copyright, privacy, applicable law and the rights of speakers in recordings.
• Do not use the project to bypass authentication, access controls, anti-bot systems, paywalls or technical protections.
• Keep API keys, cookies, downloaded files and databases outside Git. Never commit .env, cookie exports, private media, transcripts or production backups.
• For shared or server deployments, restrict filesystem permissions, use a dedicated storage volume and review retention requirements before enabling automatic downloads or RSS rules.

Do not publish a suspected vulnerability, credential, private URL, transcript or proof containing personal data in a public issue. Send a concise report to BotsLab@proton.me with affected version, reproducible steps and impact. If the issue is exclusively in upstream VidBee, consider reporting it to the upstream maintainers as well.
