I need more time to revisit the building of all those cases and I think it is not critical to get that into 6.1 - it can be ready a bit later. So I am moving the timeline to 6.2.0 for this documentation erfort. |

Description of proposed changes
This is a document that will go under the Resources on the main documentation page. It tries to describe the process of adding a brand-new module to the core or supplemental library, and discusses the various flavors of supplements. This branch will be a work in progress but I have at least started it.
