General notes

Before using FAβ-gal you should take into account two major considerations:

-To obtain comparable results input images of FAβ-gal must be taken with the same objective, laser intensity and time exposure for the far-red channel.

-FAβ-gal only accepts TIFF images as input, if your images have a different format please convert them to TIFF using softwares such as ImageJ.
