Goal

Separate data retrieval and domain calculations from reporting and rendering.

Scope

• Define query/service interfaces for common portfolio, account, instrument, market-data, analytics, and history views.
• Produce structured projection/view-model objects rather than formatted strings or tables.
• Keep presentation-specific concerns outside connector and domain logic.
• Allow the same projection to be reused by CLI, Python API, reports, and external integrations.

Acceptance criteria

• Core queries return structured data contracts.
• No query requires console/Markdown-specific formatting.
• The same projection can be rendered by multiple output adapters.
• Query behavior is covered independently from rendering tests.
