docs: the contributor kit matches the repository

The contributor kit's skills and commands under .claude/ quote commands, paths and rules from the repository; sixteen of those quotes had drifted. Each is corrected to what the repository has:

• module counts: 47 domain modules (docs/architecture.md), not 41;
• the AR subledger: the account package is its only writer, through its posting methods; there is no PostTransaction;
• the frontend gates run from web/ with npm run typecheck (the frontend job and the Makefile), not from web/apps/desk with npx tsc --noEmit;
