Weekly scans run every Monday at 6:00 UTC via GitHub Actions:

- HTTP (non-HTTPS) endpoint scan
Reports are committed to /security/WEEKLY_SCAN_YYYY-MM-DD.md. Issues are auto-created for critical findings.
