PFIP Protocol Layer Specification v1.2
This release provides the initial stable version of the PFIP protocol layer
within the Frequency Sovereignty System.
The PFIP layer defines machine-readable interface structures and governance
boundaries for identity interfaces, digital sovereignty references, and
human–machine system interaction frameworks.
