…s home Establish design/ as the single home for all ForgePlan design assets: - forgeplan-design-system/: the unified v1.1 package - canonical docs (RU/EN incl. merge rules and consumer migration mappings), tokens.css (base + stepped neutrals ported from forgeplan-web), tokens.graph.css (graph/map module: relation edges, canvas strokes, composed-map zones, dot-grid), tokens.json 1.1.0 machine contract, self-contained components.html reference, A4 cheatsheets, brand-assets (logos, favicons, icons) - visual-guides/: 11 approved methodology sheets (design-system foundation, quick start, 9 thematic 16:9) - command-map/: command map by scenario (portrait + 16:9) - source-materials/ + MANIFEST.md + README.md AGENTS.md: add the design-system section (single source of truth pointer, key invariants, reuse rule), design/ in the repo map, see-also link. PNGs force-added past the root *.png ignore rule - they are package content here, not screenshots. One canonical, portable design system consumable by any surface (website, forgeplan-web, Pencil, guides, slides) and by external tools (e.g. Claude Design) straight from the repo. The v1.1 merge absorbed the best of forgeplan-web (neutral ramps, graph tokens) while rejecting its divergences (legacy accent #FF5A1F, shadows, off-canon fonts) — all recorded with per-consumer migration tables.
