FP-KurationServices release version 1.1.8

The FP-KurationServices library provides the internals of a set of complex data quality actors for biodiversity data. It supports checks of the internal consistency of values in Darwin Core terms in a data record relating to spatial, temporal, taxonomic, and collector information, as well as checks of spatial and taxonomic information against various external authorities. This library is used in FP-Akka and in Kurator through kurator-fp-validation.
