BiStudent.Core downloads face_recognition_sface_2021dec.onnx from OpenCV Zoo (Hugging Face as a mirror) on the first build and verifies its SHA-256; a mismatch fails the build and leaves no file. The 38 MB model is no longer tracked; YuNet stays in the repository. Fixes Felorez#12

Закрывает #12. Модель SFace (38 МБ) больше не хранится в git: при первой сборке её скачивает BiStudent.Core.csproj из OpenCV Zoo (запасной адрес — Hugging Face) и проверяет по SHA-256. Старый файл остаётся в истории, но будущие версии модели не будут раздувать репозиторий, а клон с --depth 1 или --filter=blob:none теперь лёгкий.
