Recognition threshold, margin and frames in a row are stored on the server and edited in a settings dialog; calibration mode shows the best candidate, similarity and margin. Enrollment rejects blurry, dark, overexposed, distant or near-identical shots and asks before saving a face similar to another student. Enrollments and settings updates are serialized; oversized images are rejected from their header. Fixes Felorez#7 Fixes Felorez#8

Закрывает #7 и #8. Настройки распознавания (порог, отрыв, кадров подряд) хранятся на сервере и меняются из клиента; режим калибровки показывает кандидата и сходство. При регистрации отклоняются размытые, тёмные, засвеченные, далёкие и одинаковые снимки, похожее лицо другого студента требует подтверждения. dotnet build -warnaserror, 33 теста — зелёные.
