Potential fix for https://github.com/FelixTheC/py-overload/security/code-scanning/2

Add an explicit permissions block in .github/workflows/python-app.yml so the workflow does not inherit potentially broad defaults.
Best single fix without changing functionality: define workflow-level minimal permissions:

  • contents: read (sufficient baseline for checkout and reading repository contents)

Place this block at the root level (after on: and before jobs:), so it applies to all jobs unless overridden later. This resolves the CodeQL finding while preserving current workflow behavior.

Suggested fixes powered by Copilot Autofix. Review carefully before merging.

…n permissions
