The deletion callback, status page, and scheduled job for issue #18 shipped in #39 (e25fd81), but the last acceptance item — endpoint URL and privacy policy URL recorded in the app review runbook — had no runbook file, and
crates/auth-meta/README.mdstill said the callback "is not built".What changed and why:
