Changes

• Add target-scoped physical-iPhone setup guidance: reuse existing tools and WDA, explicit launch/signing approval, native security prompts, and setup-only no-session boundaries.
• Add packaged-reference integrity coverage and existing-harness iPhone setup scenarios.
• Deduplicate generic service, connection, and lifecycle procedures through the shared Appium contract.

Verification completed locally

• 146 focused distribution, Skill, and setup tests passed.
• 116 iPhone harness self-checks passed.
• Four native-client synthetic scenarios passed: explicit live validation, PIN wait/recheck, transport timeout, and existing physical device.
• Independent bounded deduplication review: no findings.
• This deduplication did not operate a real device; synthetic scenarios are not platform qualification.

Unrelated staged evidence-archive deletions and .gitignore changes are excluded.

Integration correction and full quality proof

The first required CI run exposed a release-audit scope error: the immutable v0.1.2 member set was incorrectly used as a whitelist for all future evidence. Scope that audit to original release members; keep all original retained-member sizes/digests and release-only path rejection unchanged. The published index is unchanged.

Clean isolated worktree verification:

• Dependency lock, Ruff format/lint, and full source/test Mypy passed.
• Full suite: 756 passed on macOS/Python 3.11.16.
• Source distribution and wheel built successfully.
• Real Git-index boundary smoke accepted the new normalized iPhone record, rejected missing original retained members and reintroduced release-only paths, and reverified historical file sizes/digests.

Unrelated staged deletions and .gitignore edits remain untouched.
