The window drew every pixel with a mean of 0.01 photons per bin, then asked for cursor counts at 1.0, so on a typical image almost nothing inside a cursor was counted. It no longer sends a floor, and the bridge applies the one the plot uses.

Fixes the phasor window's cursor counts and releases it as 0.6.1.
What changes
Ado_1.ptuat binning 4, a cursor on the densest part of the cloud reported 43 px; it now reports 10,854 px, and one on a visibly populated area went from 0 px to 543 px. The window no longer sends a floor, so counts and annotations use the plot's own.pyproject.toml,build.gradle.kts,EXTENSION_VERSIONandCITATION.cff, and a v0.6.1 entry incatalog.json.Tests
test_site_specific_irfs_are_still_offeredfails on this machine before and after the change, since it expects more than one machine IRF installed.
