Device used: Motorola MotoG60 / Android 12 (Hybrid app)
App Component: Money Requests
Action Performed:
Prerequisite: Account has a workspace.
- Open the Expensify app.
- Tap on FAB > "Create Expense"
- Create a manual expense and submit it to workspace.
- Open report of the just created expense by tapping on preview.
- Tap on "View" on growl displayed.
- Tap on the back button on the top left corner on report.
- Note that you land on report again.
Expected Result:
Report shouldn´t be reopened after tapping on "View" on growl.
Actual Result:
Report is opened a second time, when tapping on "View" on growl after opening it.

Issue is not reproducible on Xiaomi Poco F5 / Android 13 in v9.4.59-1.
Growl does not appear because the PR was reverted.
