Precondition:
- Enable Invoices.
- Launch Expensify app.
- Go to Inbox.
- Create an invoice from FAB.
- Tap View on Invoice sent growl.
Expected Result:
Join button will not appear on the report when invoice is opened from Invoice sent growl.
Actual Result:
Join button is shown on the report when invoice is opened from Invoice sent growl

Issue is not reproducible on Xiaomi Poco F5 / Android 13 in v9.4.59-1.
Growl does not appear because the PR was reverted.
