App Component: Money Requests
Action Performed:
- Go to staging.new.expensify.com
- Go to workspace chat.
- Open Concierge side panel.
- Create an expense from FAB.
- Close Concierge side panel.
Expected Result:
Expense added growl will appear on top of Concierge side panel.
Actual Result:
Expense added growl is hidden behind Concierge side panel.
It is not visible until Concierge side panel is dismissed.

The solution for this issue has been 🚀 deployed to production 🚀 in version 9.4.59-5 and is now subject to a 7-day regression period 📆. Here is the list of pull requests that resolve this issue:
