Action Performed:

Preconditions: User A has a pending wallet ( not fully set up; stay on Onfido flow). User B has a fully enabled Wallet
Both users are in USD currency

1. Open the New Dot app as User A
2. Create an IOU to User B
3. Open the IOU as User B - Pay with Wallet
4. Open the IOU again

Expected Result:

The avatar of user B remains in the system message

Actual Result:

The avatar of user B disappears in the system message :"started settling up. Payment is on hold until A enables their wallet." after "Pay with Wallet" and reopening the IOU report
