[Onyx] Make Onyx.update atomic

Follow-up from Expensify/react-native-onyx#834: make Onyx.update atomic so all cache writes in a batch happen before any subscriber is notified.

This prevents subscribers from rendering against a partially updated cache when multiple keys are written together.
