Install on DSH Desktop from the plugin market first - #35

DSH Desktop's market installs any npm package a catalog source lists, on every platform. EvoMap's source is the Hub's catalog manifest (https://evomap.ai/a2a/dsh/catalog-source.json), so the Desktop section now leads with adding that source and installing Evolver from Installable. The command-line paths stay as the fallback. Labels follow the market's own UI strings (Sources, Add source, Installable, Install, Installed). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The manifest URL is served by that website PR (it replaces EvoMap/evomap-hub#3641), which is waiting on review. Right now the URL returns 404, so this stays a draft until #1689 is merged and deployed.
