docs: list the codex plugin, and give it a real install command - #29

The plugin merged in #23 and has been installable since, but nothing on the repository's front page said so: it was missing from the plugin table, from the list of agent hosts, and from the ecosystem table. Someone opening the repo had no way to learn it exists. Its own README still carried `<this repository>` as a placeholder where the install command belongs. Both now read `codex plugin marketplace add EverMind-AI/Plugins`, verified end to end against that exact form rather than the local path the earlier checks used: the marketplace resolves from github.com, `plugin list` offers `everos@everos`, installing reports `installed, enabled 0.1.0`, and a real session fires the hooks from the copy pulled off GitHub. The plugin merged in #23 and has been installable since, but nothing on the
repository's front page said so. Three places were missing it:
Someone opening the repo had no way to learn it exists. Every test was green
the whole time — this is the kind of gap a suite cannot see.
Its own README also still carried
<this repository>as a placeholder wherethe install command belongs.
Verified, not assumed
Both READMEs now read
codex plugin marketplace add EverMind-AI/Plugins. Theearlier install checks used a local path, so the
owner/repoform had neveractually been run. It has now, end to end:
The last line is from the copy pulled off GitHub, so this also confirms what is
in the repository installs correctly — not just what is in a local working tree.
