Scope the light browser chrome to the landing page

Because this is the root layout, these values also apply when users open /pitch, whose top-level container uses the dark bg-bg canvas and has no route-level viewport override. On mobile browsers that honor theme-color, /pitch will now show light browser/status chrome above an otherwise dark page; keep the root viewport dark or export the light viewport settings only from the home route.
