- pipeline.build_start: ① then ② from the isolated references, largest source first - pipeline.build_finish: ③ caption, ④ export with hold-out, optional ⑤ configs - trainer_configs.default_config: ⑤ at the preset's defaults with derived buckets and repeats - cli build runs on both; new --trainer, --model, --holdout - metadata sources are the resolved image paths - Tests for reference order, trainer option and default_config

- finalize_caption: a caption that opens with the trigger in another case now opens with the trigger's exact casing; a longer word starting with the trigger no longer counts as the trigger - build_finish: passes the undersized/upscaled warnings to progress, so cli build prints them - Quick build Finish: shows those warnings in its note - config: HUGGINGFACE_API_KEY becomes HF_TOKEN only when there is no HF_TOKEN and no saved hf login - isolate: SAM3 load hint names the HUGGINGFACE_API_KEY source - tests for all of the above
