Summary

• replace the music-specific pipeline with generic and live-events quality profiles
• add sealed PostgreSQL datasets, exact idempotency, immutable profile versions, retention, cursor pagination, and leased quality workers
• publish the versioned OpenAPI and JSON Schema contracts
• provide the Streamlit product workflow and parallel Render topology

Verification

• 10 Python tests pass against PostgreSQL
• Ruff and generated OpenAPI checks pass
• Docker API, Streamlit app, worker, and database are healthy
• missing venue capacity remains accepted while capacity analysis is blocked

Rollout guard

This remains a draft until the parallel Render replacements are production-verified. Merging main would trigger the preserved legacy Render services, so it must not be merged during the seven-day observation window.
