emkraan-apps#3480 (Node 26) fails
core-node-pin("pins Node 26, expected 24") andcorepack: command not found, so it can never go green under the current standard. It sat red for hours and raisedCiPullRequestStuckRed. With this rule Renovate autocloses it and stops reopening it until the pin moves.
