Add Mythic LFG Location QoL toggle, disable support, and module documentation

Adds a new QoL toggle for the Mythic LFG Location module in EllesmereUIQoL.

The toggle now disables event handling and prevents /lfgtest output when turned off.

The new module file was renamed to follow upstream naming conventions and the TOC was updated, so the change is easier to review and integrate.

Do you have any screenshots of this or testing? not entirely sure what this feature does, want to make sure i get a good understanding of it first

This screenshot shows the integrated version of my standalone addon
LFG Mythic Location.

The addon displays important group invite information directly in the chat when a dungeon invite is accepted. This is especially useful when queueing solo for multiple dungeons, since you can immediately see:

who invited you,
which dungeon the invite is for,
and the group title/details.

The /lfgtest command shown in the screenshot is simply a test function to verify that the feature is enabled and working correctly by generating a sample chat output.
