Optimize holiday media assets

Summary

• replace large holiday PNG/JPG images with WebP versions
• remove the unused original K-ON video
• replace the shipped K-ON compressed WebM in-place with a smaller AV1/Opus encode using the existing filename

Size impact

• reduces changed data assets from roughly 89 MB to roughly 11 MB
• keeps the video config path unchanged
