Update "Exchange Rate" to "Effective Exchange Rate" on buy/sell screens
This PR updates the "Exchange Rate" label to "Effective Exchange Rate" on the buy/sell (ramp quote) screens. This change was implemented to provide more precise terminology for the displayed exchange rate, as requested.
