fix: resolve Dependabot security alerts - #40

Bump direct deps (astro 7.3.3, vite ^8.2.4, vitest/^@vitest/coverage-v8 ^4.1.12) and pin transitive patched versions via pnpm.overrides (undici 7/8, launch-editor, shell-quote, devalue, http-cache-semantics).
