feat(training): polynomial, REX, RAWR schedulers and Simplified AdEMAMix - #18

- lr_scheduler: polynomial (warmup + power decay), rex (REX curve with shape d), rex_annealing_warm_restarts (RAWR: REX cycles with per-cycle warmup, gamma-scaled peaks and a cycle-length multiplier, ported from LoRA Easy Training Scripts as a stateless LambdaLR)
- optimizer_type: simplified_ademamix (Morwani et al. 2025, adapted from DepenM/Simplified-AdEMAMix) with beta1/beta2/alpha and beta1 warmup; switching to it suggests lr 1e-6 since its step is ~1/(1-beta1) of Adam's
- schema fields, en/ru labels and descriptions, registry + formula tests
