feat: training config redesign, Graph board, UI text and scroll fixes - #16

Training config (Train / Presets): - settings render as cards with a grid of inputs and a compact switch list split by a full-width line; related fields grouped per tab (network, dataset, reg set, captions, main params, LR/optimizer, EMA, DOP with the trigger word, system, optimization, output) - new "Finishing" tab with the continue-training fields - model, dataset and output paths hidden while filled automatically - one look for int and float inputs, no "was: ..." notes, no reset-tab - white body with gray cards; pill-style active tabs app-wide UI text: no middle-dot separators in ru strings and components, long explanations moved behind a "?" help tip, Dropout renamed in ru. Perf: live progress bars no longer animate width (forced a full layout every frame); scroll panes scroll on the compositor. Graph: experiment board (API, store, web views) with tests.
