This project allows studying the fluctuations and relaxation of active polymers that are driven by correlated random excitations. In contrast to the related project Active Polymer Conformation, we here consider discrete polymers whose response matrix, in Fourier space, is not diagonal. Lacking this simplification, we elect a description purely rooted in real space.
This code is also archived on Zenodo. Please follow this link to obtain simulation data (folders 'data_continuum' and 'data_discrete'). Continuum data is generated by the Mathematica notebooks, whereas discrete data is generated by the Julia notebooks.
