Summary

The committed uv.lock files for the 16 Python packages were out of date: uv lock --check failed in every one of them. This PR regenerates each lock with uv lock --python 3.12 so that the check passes.

What changed

  • uv.lock for: audit, client, entitlements, events, identities, keyring, outbox, projection, protocol, queuing, replica, restrictions, server, sharing, spaces, wal.
  • The diff is limited to the workspace self-version pins (for example starfish-protocol moving to the current 3.0.0a72) and the lock file revision header (3 to 5). No third-party package versions change.

Not changed

  • No pyproject.toml dependency ranges.
  • No source code, CI workflow, or install script.
  • No pnpm-lock.yaml.
  • examples/app/backend/uv.lock is not touched.

Verification

  • uv lock --check --python 3.12 passes in all 16 packages.
  • uv run --python 3.12 --extra dev pytest in packages/python/server: 790 passed, 35 deselected.
