Add a workflow that runs uv run pytest tests/ in examples/app/backend on pull_request and on pushes to master. No existing workflow exercised the example backend suite. The job fails when any test fails. Co-authored-by: herklos.dev <herklos.dev@protonmail.com>

No workflow ran the pytest suite in

master, 4 tests intests/test_edge.pyfail, so this job will be red until the open PR that aligns those tests with the server behavior is merged. With that change applied, the suite passes 121/121 locally.Changes
