Get Started guide and v2.0 blog post link to pages the site does not build #1781

Three links in the user docs and blog lead to 404s because their targets are not in the build. The "How to Get Started with ODC" guide sends readers to "How to Export Data" and "How to Visualize Data" for more detail. Both pages are draft: true, which Starlight leaves out of production builds. The v2.0 announcement post links its "v2.0.0 migration guide" to /docs/updating/v2.0.0. That page was folded into the changelog by b7073d2dc, and the path never had the /en/ prefix every docs URL carries anyway. All three return 404 on https://opendatacapture.org. These are the guide's only pointers for exporting and graphing data, and the post's only pointer for operators upgrading to v2.

The upgrade steps now live under the 2.0.0 heading of docs/en/6-changelog/changelog.md, rendered at /en/docs/changelog/#200.

Reproduce

1. Open https://opendatacapture.org/en/docs/guides/how-to-get-started-with-odc/ and click "How to Export Data" or "How to Visualize Data" under "Review and Export Data".
2. Open https://opendatacapture.org/en/blog/open-data-capture-v2/ and click "v2.0.0 migration guide".

Actual: all three land on the 404 page.
Expected: each link reaches a published page: the upgrade steps in the changelog for the blog post, and either published guides or no link at all for the get-started guide.

Tests

Neither docs/ nor blog/ has a test runner (docs/AGENTS.md), so the build is the check. After pnpm --filter @opendatacapture/outreach build, every internal href in dist/en/docs/guides/how-to-get-started-with-odc/index.html and dist/en/blog/open-data-capture-v2/index.html should resolve to a file under dist/.

Suggested fix

Point the blog link at /en/docs/changelog/#200. In the get-started guide, drop the two links until the export and visualize guides are finished. Both drafts stop after "Select Your Group", so they are not ready to be published as they are.
