Repurpose the Select tool to click-select walls (multi-select, highlighted)
for a batch material/thickness apply, and click a test point to recapture
its reading. Guided walk gains a Skip action, renders remaining queued
points on the canvas, and now persists its pending queue on the floor so
it survives an app restart instead of being lost mid-walk.
Decider fields named an individual's personal address directly; use
the role instead, matching how the rest of the docs refer to decision
owners.
Home now checks GitHub's public release list on load and shows a
banner when a newer version is out, gated behind a Settings toggle
since this is the app's first outbound network call — see
ADR-0004 for why and what it does and doesn't send. Also fixes
build-installer.ps1, which never stamped the release version into
the published assembly, so nothing could have compared versions
correctly before this.
feat(app): in-app update check against GitHub Releases
…-walk

feat(workspace): per-wall material editing and guided-walk improvements
Channel ranking for a floor's suggested APs now also weighs channels
already used by APs on adjacent floors, discounted the same way
CoverageGridCalculator already discounts cross-floor signal (skipping
same-level-different-floor and outdoor pairs). Placement itself stays
per-floor, only channel assignment gained the cross-floor awareness.
Outdoor areas previously locked in at their initial 40x40m default
with no way to adjust from the UI. The Select tool now shows a
resize handle at the outdoor rectangle's far corner and lets you
drag its body to reposition, without disturbing normal test-point
and access-point selection inside the area.
feat(workspace): drag-to-resize/reposition outdoor area bounds
…rdination

feat(core): coordinate AP channel assignment across floors
Pivot silently clips overflowing headers into an unreachable scroll
strip once its host column narrows even slightly, making a tab
unclickable with no visible sign why. TabView doesn't have that
failure mode. Same three tabs, same headers, no ViewModel changes.
The Delete tool removed a wall/test point/AP permanently with no
confirmation and no way back. Adds one-level undo, scoped to the
last deletion only: an InfoBar with an Undo button appears after a
delete, overwritten by the next one and cleared on floor switch.
Adds an always-available "Tool Help" flyout explaining all four
canvas tools (including Select's three click-target-dependent
behaviors) plus a skippable first-run coach-mark tour, tracked via a
new AppSettings.HasSeenWorkspaceOnboarding flag.

Also gives Home a time-of-day greeting instead of a static title,
plus a small non-interactive wellbeing line picked at random each
visit.
…tion

fix(workspace): replace Pivot with TabView to fix tab-header clipping
fix(workspace): add single-level undo for the Delete tool
feat(app): Workspace onboarding/tool help, and a warmer Home greeting
Adds a standalone Diagnose page (live link state via a new WlanQueryInterface
P/Invoke, local gateway/DNS health, and plain-language findings) plus a
Workspace-integrated predicted-vs-actual comparison tool, so the app can help
answer "why is WiFi slow" without connecting to any network device. Also
expands Home's rotating wellbeing messages from 4 to 8.
Confirm before Suggest Placements discards prior suggestions, show the
survey type/mode in Workspace's header, add a per-cell dBm tooltip to the
coverage heatmap, and let snapshots be deleted from the comparison page.
