Adds a standalone Diagnose page (live link state via a new WlanQueryInterface P/Invoke, local gateway/DNS health, and plain-language findings) plus a Workspace-integrated predicted-vs-actual comparison tool, so the app can help answer "why is WiFi slow" without connecting to any network device. Also expands Home's rotating wellbeing messages from 4 to 8.
Confirm before Suggest Placements discards prior suggestions, show the survey type/mode in Workspace's header, add a per-cell dBm tooltip to the coverage heatmap, and let snapshots be deleted from the comparison page.
