feat(app): Workspace onboarding/tool help, and a warmer Home greeting - #13

Adds an always-available "Tool Help" flyout explaining all four canvas tools (including Select's three click-target-dependent behaviors) plus a skippable first-run coach-mark tour, tracked via a new AppSettings.HasSeenWorkspaceOnboarding flag. Also gives Home a time-of-day greeting instead of a static title, plus a small non-interactive wellbeing line picked at random each visit.
