Overview

Doist/Todoist#30808 now holds back Todoist push and email notifications while a status with --pause-notifications is active (deployed to production on 23 Oct). The help text and skill reference still said "not Todoist yet". This updates them. In the Todoist Android app only the morning and evening pushes are gated, so the text says so.

Reference

Changelog

Update the --pause-notifications help to say Todoist honours it for push and email, and in the Todoist Android app only for the morning and evening pushes.

Test plan

  1. Run td status set --help.
    • The --pause-notifications option and the footer mention Todoist push and email, and the Todoist Android app's morning and evening pushes only
  2. Run grep -n "pause-notifications" skills/todoist-cli/SKILL.md.
    • The paragraph carries the same wording
  3. With a colleague assigning you a task while td status set "Away" --for 10m --pause-notifications is active:
    • You get no push or email on web or iOS, and the task still shows in the in-app feed

Not verified end to end: I confirmed the backend change is in a production deployment and read the Android limit in the backend README, but I have not seen a notification suppressed.
