Adds an optional aek-parallel-work skill for independent subtasks with one coordinator, explicit ownership and permissions, safe handoffs, and validation after integration. Small or tightly coupled tasks remain sequential; no scheduler, fixed models, or extra configuration is introduced.

Registers the skill in the README and Kit checker, and adds the agreed guidance to define acceptance criteria before significant changes in personal/AGENTS.md.

Validation:

• python scripts/check.py passed.
• git diff --check and staged whitespace checks passed.
• Independent read-only scenario evaluation covered separate CLI changes, overlapping writes with a shared database, and a README typo; no material issues found.
• The additional skill-creator validator could not run because PyYAML is absent. The Kit checker validated the skill header and links. Scenario evaluation does not establish runtime performance or automatic skill selection.
