Choose project scale and native tooling from the first scenario and its risks. Make design exploration and context documents proportional to the task. Add optional verified Vue/Vite and Node configurations without changing sync ownership.

Kit now focuses on reducing repeated project setup and preserving project decisions. Bootstrap chooses scope and native tooling from the first working scenario; design exploration and documentation are proportional to the task.
Adds optional, version-pinned Vue/Vite and Node technical configurations with direct behavioral checks. Existing safety requirements, sync ownership, pinned revisions and project-owned files are preserved. Connected projects are not updated.
Validation: hub validation and all ten tooling suites passed on Windows PowerShell 5.1. Both technical materials passed isolated install, lint, type, build and behavioral checks with Node 22.17 and npm 11.19. Hosted PowerShell and platform checks run in this PR.
