fix(explorer): show From and To as detail rows with full addresses - #207

The transaction flow rendered From and To as two large side-by-side cards with fingerprinted addresses. They are ordinary detail rows again, stacked above the transaction hash, with the full address from the sm breakpoint up and the fingerprint on phones, as the hash row truncates there. Contract creation, reverted deployment and pending placeholders are unchanged.

Replaces the side-by-side From/To cards from #199 with ordinary detail rows stacked above the transaction hash (tx and pending views). Full address from the sm breakpoint up, fingerprint on phones. Contract-creation, reverted-deployment and pending placeholders unchanged.
Gates: jest 656/656, eslint, tsc, Playwright e2e/transaction-flow.spec.ts 14/14 (390px + 1280px, dark + light; the 1280 side-by-side assertion now asserts stacking).
