docs/operations.md told whoever read an ACT NOW disk alert to remove the oldest images no container uses. #119 landed the same evening and made the last three healthy deployments rollback targets that the instance cannot pull back — it holds no registry credential — so that advice could now destroy the very images a rollback needs. The deploy clears the rest by itself; the alert now says to look at what else grew, and never to touch deployed-images. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
