Add pull-to-refresh with haptics to mobile list screens

Implemented pull-to-refresh functionality with haptic feedback on HomeScreen and GroupDetailsScreen in the mobile app.

• Added expo-haptics dependency.
• Updated HomeScreen.js and GroupDetailsScreen.js to use RefreshControl and Haptics.
• Separated isLoading and isRefreshing states to ensure proper UI feedback during refresh.
• Updated .Jules/todo.md, .Jules/knowledge.md, and .Jules/changelog.md.
