Pull request overview
Reorders the README content so project badges are grouped together at the top, with the documentation description moved below them for clearer presentation.
Changes:
- Moves the introductory “Documentation for OWASP Dependency-Track…” sentence below the badges.
- Removes the extra blank lines that previously split badges from each other.
